Merrimack Ten Pin Center ("we," "us" or "our") operates www.merrimacktenpin.com (the "Site") and our bowling and family entertainment center at 698 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack, NH 03054. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
This policy covers information collected through our Site, lane and party bookings, leagues, our arcade and pro shop, food and drink orders, catering, email and text messages, contests, job applications, phone calls, and other marketing (together, the "Services"). It does not cover third-party sites or apps we link to.
Our technology providers. Our Site is hosted and operated with Popmenu, a hospitality technology provider that processes guest information on our behalf to run our Site, menus, reviews and marketing. Bowling reservations and some purchases are handled through our booking and point-of-sale provider. If you create a Popmenu account (for example, to follow dishes or leave reviews), Popmenu's own privacy policy also applies to that account, and it is available on Popmenu's website.
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2.Information we collect
We collect only what we need to serve you, run your booking or event, and communicate with you.
